Due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic the Philadelphia Archdiocesan CYO office has determined that Archdiocesan level competitions will not take place during the fall 2020 season. Therefore, we will not be hosting Philadelphia CYO cross country meets at Belmont Plateau as we have in the past.
The start of the fall CYO season has been pushed back to September 1, 2020. A reminder that, under CYO rules, no activities can take place until PA mandatory mask update is lifted.
Local parishes may be able to host certain activities under the guidelines that Archdiocesan CYO office will continue to put out. Philadelphia CYO Cross Country will not be coordinating local events. It will be up to the pastors, local CYO officials, and coaches to make arrangements and determine the best course of action for their parish.
We continue to pray for everyone's safety, for those we have lost, and the swift end of this terrible pandemic.
