Pretending that we know what the internet is, we've created this blog to keep all our coaches, athletes, and parents up to date on the happenings in the one of America's largest organized youth programs, Philadelphia CYO Track & Field.
We'll be updating you on the first big event in CYO track, the PENN RELAYS, which as of this writing, is just 13 days away! Comments will always be welcome in case you have questions or concerns, or when I inevitably mess up, but let's remember that anyone can read this! (including your runners!)
