Ascension Thursday
Today is Ascension Thursday, a Holy Day of Obligation. All Holy Days are "Blackout" days in the Archdiocese. Teams that practices today risk suspension, athletes and coaches, from Division/Region and Area Championships.

Friday's Results
Here are the results directly from Penn Relays. Each result has a video of the race with it. Unfortunately, the Senior Boys and Junior Boys from St Francis DeSales must have mixed up their bibs and the SB ended up in the JB race. Penn Relays officials disqualified them after the fact.
