Great first meet everyone!

2012 Cross Country Packet

Here is the packet

(the file server is still a little buggy. I'll keep working to get this online).

All coaches should download a copy of the packet and read through it.

Some highlights for the 2012 season:

1. The fee has been set at $16 per athlete for all age groups.
2. Electronic timing, through a Chip implanted in your Bib number for the entire season! (no extra chip required)
3. Each team must submit a list of names, birthdays, gender, and grades to the Commissioner by Monday, September 10th at 6pm to be assigned a Bib/Chip number! Athletes must have this number to run on Sunday, September 16, 2012. This is NOT the same as your roster!
4. Same day (unofficial) results
5. Approximate course maps

Reminder: First meet is Sunday, September 16, 2012. Course walks start at 12pm. First race is scheduled for 1pm.

Cross Country Organizational Meeting

There will be an organizational meeting for the 2012 CYO Cross Country season on Thursday, August 16th, 7:30pm in the cafeteria at St. Anastasia School, Newtown Square.  There are some changes to cross country program that will be presented.  Every parish or school team should attempt to send a representative.
