XC Meeting
Notice from Mary Ellen Malloy about the annual XC meeting:
Hello coaches!
I hope that this email finds you well and your summer is going well.
I am trying to get cross country organized for the fall season. Our first meeting this year will be on Sunday, August 15 at St. Anastasia at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the cafeteria. We will discuss any rule changes, procedures to be used during the season, post season and possible changes for future years. All teams should be represented by either a coach, an assistant coach or a parent.
If you are not coaching cross country this year, could you please forward this email to the person who is coaching your parish? I would like to get all coaches at this meeting so we all understand what is necessary for this season to get underway.
Hope to see you at St. Annie's on the 15th.
Mary Ellen Malloy
