Time Schedule - Updated 5/19/15 - New Shot Put Schedule.
Directions to Farrell Stadium - West Chester University
Facility Map
T-Shirts and a complete meet program, including history of past champions, records and cross country champions will be for sale at the stadium. Medals are awarded to the top 6 finishers in each event and will be available after results are announced, not the completion of an event. Any medals not collected before the completion of the meet will be forfeit.
Relays - 4x200 will be run using a 2 turn stagger - i.e. in lanes for the 1st and 2nd leg, 3rd leg will break to the rail. 4x400 will be run using a 2 turn stagger, with the 2nd runner breaking to the rail immediately after receiving the baton. Because the entire race is not run in lanes athletes may not use the fly zone or line up outside of the exchange zone in the 4x200, 4x400, and 4x800. Relays will be DQ'd if runners are lined up outside of the exchange zone right before the hand-off is attempted.
